Quality, hygiene and compliance
Agree the controls. Follow the brief. Record the result.
Our public website does not claim certifications or controls that have not been independently confirmed. Project requirements are reviewed and agreed during customer onboarding.
Control planning
The right controls depend on the programme.
Before confirming a project, we review the product, components, intended use, customer specification, applicable standards, inspection requirements, traceability needs and record-retention expectations.
- Approved specification or reference standard.
- Defined component and finished-pack checks.
- Identification and traceability expectations.
- Handling of deviations and non-conforming work.
- Change control when materials or instructions change.
- Agreed records and customer reporting.
Hygiene
Requirements must be specific.
“Food-safe” is not used as a blanket marketing claim. Hygiene and handling requirements depend on the materials, product contact, customer process and applicable legal or contractual obligations. These are reviewed as part of feasibility and onboarding.
If your programme requires a particular certification, audit standard, environmental condition, allergen control, migration declaration or food-contact document, include it in the initial brief so suitability can be confirmed.
Customers should rely on current approved documents and contracts, not general website wording, when assessing technical or regulatory suitability.
Customer assurance
Ask for the evidence relevant to your project.
We can discuss the documents, records, site-visit arrangements and supplier onboarding information applicable to a proposed programme. Availability and scope are confirmed directly.
